COLLEGE ATMOSPHERE: Because of its location, the tenants at 1880 Garfield are mostly Cal Poly students. This lends itself to creating a great college atmosphere. All apartments are spacious two bedroom, two bath apartments with over a 1000 square feet of living area. There is also on-site parking for up to two cars for each apartment. Amenities include refrigerator and dishwasher. Tenants are responsible for electric, cable and telephone services. Water and trash are paid for by the land lord.
